New subscribers will now receive an automated email with your username and password to access the Stock Research. The “Paid Subscriber Login” link at the top of every page on investorsfriend.com will take you to the login page. The password email should arrive instantly. If it takes more than a couple of minutes to arrive, then please email us at shawn@investorsfriend.com
If you are a former subscriber who has subscribed again then our system will usually reactivate your old subscription and your old password. In that case, you can use our “Forgot Password” link to retrieve your password.
You can login as often as you wish, to check for updates and our daily comments. I will also email you occasionally to remind you to check in for updates, just so you don’t forget.
Please note that as indicated on our sign-up page this is a subscription service. PayPal will automatically process the charge to your credit card each month or (on the annual plan) each year.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by canceling your subscription in your PayPal account (if applicable) or by calling PayPal at 1-888-221-1161. Or you can email us to request a cancel. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew in one year but we will cancel and reverse the payment if you contact us, requesting this, within 28 days of any annual renewal billing.
