On Friday the S&P 500 was up 0.4% and Toronto was up 0.7%.
Cameco was strong with a 7.1% gain.
Linamar was up 4.2% to $109 despite the tariff concerns.
Oil last traded at $87.06 for West Texas Intermediate.
