Markets are higher today with the S&P 500 up 1.2% and Toronto up 0.5%. Oil is at $48.75.
Toll Brothers is up over 8% after reporting strong earnings. New home sales in April (for all builders) were also reported today to be up a lot more than expected. I believe Toll Brothers has been significantly under-valued.
