Markets were surprisingly strong on Monday as the S&P 500 rose 1.5% and Toronto was up 0.6%.
Meta (Facebook) was up a huge 11.4%.
Shopify was up 7.8% but Constellation Software was down 2.0%.
Aecon was up 8.1% as it announced additional contracts...
