In the next couple of days I will add Ceapro Inc. to the list. It’s a small and profitable biotech company. I consider it to be somewhat speculative due to its small size, its low share price and for various other reasons. But it looks to me like a reasonable speculation with certainly potential upside. I expect to rate it a Speculative Buy and I will likely grab a small position in it.
